An overweight cat is unhealthy and suffering, and you're propelling the "fat cats are cute" obsession onward. Overfeeding your cat until it's fat, has diabetes, sore joints, gingivitis, and problems grooms itself is NOT cute. I don't care that you think they're cute, it's animal cruelty to not keep your kitty as healthy as possible.
